HI ESTATE sits on 1.7 acres of river-bound land in Northern New Zealand, under three hours from Auckland and about 40 minutes from Dargaville.

*There is flexibility to expand slightly with sofa beds if required.
Some facilitators choose to keep it intimate.
Others expand capacity through tents and creative setups.
The gathering spaces are warm, textural, and adaptable. Designed for movement, stillness, ceremony, conversation.
Capacity is intentionally held at a scale that prioritises depth over volume.
Day events and circles are possible, though the rural nature of the land naturally lends itself to immersive overnight experiences.
This is not about packing the room. It is about holding the room.
