HI ESTATE is a forest-based sanctuary and creative headquarters on the Kauri Coast of Aotearoa.
Yes, there’s land and architecture and river water and big skies. But what we’re really building here is a living ecosystem for people who are tired of surface level, tired of doing it alone, and quietly hungry for something real.
This is not just a venue. It is not just a getaway. It is not a pretty place to disappear for a weekend and return unchanged.
HI ESTATE is a mycelium network in physical form.
A root system for creators, facilitators, founders, rebels with and without causes, and anyone carrying a mission that feels bigger than what they can currently see.

We are living through a time where AI is reshaping reality faster than our bodies can metabolise.
At the same time, so much around us is designed to divide attention, reward urgency, and keep us mildly disconnected from ourselves, from nature, and from each other.
HI ESTATE is our answer to that.

Kaitiaki, steward, custodian of HI ESTATE and the WEAREHI vision.
I’ve spent years inside retreat culture from every angle: as a coach, facilitator, guest, builder, and the woman in the back row who can feel when something is real and when it’s just performance.
HI ESTATE is the space I wished existed, both for the people holding the room and the people coming to be changed by it.
This land is not owned in the way modern culture likes to pretend. It is stewarded.
We treat it with reverence, responsibility, and a clear intention: to build a beacon for the kind of connection this world is starving for.
